Dr. Najeeb Abdul Rahiman
Dr. Najeeb Abdul Rahiman is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Arabesco Holding, the Abu Dhabi based group behind Arabesco Real Estate, Arabesco Properties and the group's hospitality ventures. Together with his brother Dr. Mujeeb Abdul Rahiman he has led the group since it was founded in 2014.
Dr. Najeeb Abdul Rahiman co-founded Arabesco in 2014 and leads the group's strategy across real estate asset management, property management, development and hospitality in the United Arab Emirates.
Under his leadership Arabesco grew from a single Abu Dhabi real estate brokerage into a holding group that manages residential and commercial portfolios for private owners and institutional investors, with a focus on guaranteed-rent structures, owner reporting and long-term value creation.
He speaks and writes regularly on the UAE real estate market, asset management discipline and the role of Arabian hospitality values in modern property operations.
